  1. Beat the aquafaba with a mixer until stiff. Gradually add the sugar until it becomes a shiny marshmallow fluff
  2. Now beat the coconut milk with a mixer until it is fluffy
  3. Gently combine the two creams
  4. Mash all your berries and mix 1 tbsp. into the cream mixture
  5. Spoon the remaining berry mixture into the bottom of each popsicle mould.
  6. Spoon the cream on top and freeze until well set.
